This anthology of business profiles and stories of ASR members is co-published with Forever Books, a Canadian book publisher specializing in anthologies, and scheduled to be released in early fall.
 
The content of the book consists of a series of success stories of individual REALTOR® /Broker members with a two-fold objective: 1) to attract new people to the Real Estate industry and 2) to enable each participating members to attract more business from their individual community. This book will be limited to only 15 contributors 2 from each Board and 1 from each council. on a first-come basis

Why a book?

Seeing one’s words in print validates and reinforces the value of one’s story. Books provide recognition and credibility for an author or an organization.

High perceived value, but low cost. Instantly identifiable and recognizable.  Books have been around for a long time and in spite of digital technology, will continue to be a significant part of our world for some time to come.

Longevity.  A book is almost a permanent record of one’s effort or story.  It does not easily deteriorate, resulting in a literal “shelf life” – longer than any other media. Most people find it difficult to throw books away, but rather they will give them away or sell them to a used bookstore.

Here are the details
The book is a trade paper back size (5.5” x 8.5”) and manufactured with FSC (environmentally-friendly) certified material. It will have a full-colour cover and approximately 192 pages. We will be printing between 7,000 and 12,000 books. The books will retail for $17.95.

What makes this project special?

1. Your own full colour photo (individual or thumbnail) on the front cover of the books you order.
2. Your chapter will be 8 – 10 pages long and up to 2,500 words.
3. The chapter is written for you by a professional writer after a pre-arranged telephone interview. You will receive an edited copy of your chapter to approve BEFORE it is added to the book.
4. A maximum of 15 contributors – your story will not be lost in the book.

5. Each book features a chapter by the ASR – “Become An Agent – making this a valuable tool to give to potential recruits.

The catch? Only one. This is a marketing project, designed to benefit the contributors who use these books to develop and maintain business.

You can order as few as 200 books or as many as 2,000. Your chapter and photo is in ALL 7,000 books. A hard cover option is available making this a unique and personal thank you gift.
